Know my Prequel
I had to write a punk rock song to vent all the frustration
I have felt after seeing so much prejudice, including ways I’ve personally been discriminated against as a woman. I believe so much of the solution to the hate in the world is to listen to one another with empathy. My hope is that we all grow to understand and learn other’s histories and stories and try to imagine, as the text says,“to live in each other’s skin.”
